What materials, tasks, and challenges arise in the manufacturing of machine parts and industrial steel structures?
During the repair processes, it is crucial to consider the previously specified material quality, as this is the only way to ensure that the performance and lifespan of the parts match or exceed that of the original.
For the machining of shafts, gears, and other machine parts, we typically use C45 carbon steel as the base material.
However, we also work with aluminum castings or, for parts with high-performance requirements, with machinable stainless steel. For applications requiring high hardness, heat treatment and surface treatment are also integral parts of our services.
