Project Overview: 

The project involves the installation of a household-sized solar power plant aimed at providing an economically viable, environmentally friendly renewable energy solution to reduce the grid electricity demand.

The solar panel installation will take place at Duna Steel Tech Kft., located at 2428 Kisapostag, rural area parcel number 042/11. The solar panels will be installed on the flat roof of the building with a southern orientation to maximize sunlight exposure.

The connection capacity is 20 kW, and the solar panels will connect to the AC distribution board and the existing electrical network through an inverter.

The long-term direct objectives of the project include reducing operating costs and achieving a higher level of comfort. The long-term indirect objectives primarily involve reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases and reducing the use of fossil fuels, contributing to the goal of increasing the use of renewable energy sources in the country.

Project overview:

The project was successfully executed by IMH Installation Industry Limited Liability Company, focusing on workplace training programs aimed at enhancing our employees’ IT skills and individual and organizational competencies. The implemented training sessions included:

• Stress and conflict management (20 hours)
• Assertiveness and basic competencies (20 hours)
• Industry 4.0 Preparedness Training
• Collaboration techniques development (20 hours)
• Database management (20 hours)

Our employees successfully completed these training programs, leading to the successful conclusion of the project.
