Both play a key role in stainless steel tank manufacturing, and since their installation, they’ve proven to be reliable additions, helping us work faster and more accurately.

Precision press braking with CNC-controlled, hydraulic Durma press brake
The high-speed and precise hydraulic press brake offers an extremely versatile solution for our workflows. The DT 15 model, developed by Durma, features a graphical, touch-screen control system that is user-friendly and easy to learn. The press brake is equipped with three controlled axes (Y1, Y2, X) and a manually adjustable crowning system, providing extensive automation capabilities. Additionally, the machine includes laser safety guarding.
The press brake has already proven its capabilities in practice, performing specialized bending tasks. It is perfect for bending legs, operator walkway elements, and other similar components.

Versatile profile bending with digital control
Our Sahinler HPK 80 multifunctional profile and pipe bending machine is a highly versatile tool widely used for various applications. Equipped with three hardened, driven rollers and capable of both horizontal and vertical operation, it can handle a wide range of materials and profiles.
The built-in brake system ensures precise, safe operation, and the machine includes two digital displays and a mobile, wired control panel for easy handling.

Unlike our previous machine that could only bend pipes, the HPK 80 handles nearly all profile types – angle bars, hollow sections, and more. It’s now fully operational and efficiently supporting daily production needs.
