We manufactured custom-designed steel structures for Semcorp Hungary Ltd.
Headquartered in Shanghai, Semcorp is a global market leader in the production of separator films used in electric vehicle batteries. These products are also manufactured at the Debrecen facility of Semcorp Hungary Ltd.
To support the start-up of the newly built plant, we manufactured various industrial metal structures from stainless steel profiles. Our cooperation has continued ever since.
The task
Manufacturing various storage and material handling equipment, carts, workstations, tanks, stairs and access platforms required for start-up production, all made from stainless steel profiles and sheet metal.
Special challenge
To support the commissioning of the new plant, we had to design and manufacture several products tailored to specific custom requirements.
Our solution
As these were special custom-designed products, we developed them in close cooperation with the customer. Drawing on our experience, we proposed several solutions before arriving at the final design of the equipment manufactured from stainless steel profiles. After production, the equipment was installed on site.
