We manufactured steel clamps for MA-HARD Ltd.
MA-HARD Ltd. is a member company of the KÉSZ Group, specialising in the manufacturing, conversion, repair and servicing of watercraft, as well as hydraulic engineering works.
In June 2023, the company placed an order for the manufacturing of a new water intake structure as part of the development of the industrial park in Göd.
The task
Manufacturing steel clamps for the Danube-side end point, intended for sinking and securing the DN 1000 mm HDPE pipeline system to the riverbed.
Special challenge
The completed unit had to be transported to the installation site by water.
Our solution
The water intake point consisted of two parallel 1,016 × 10 mm stainless steel pipes made of grade 1.4301, along with the supporting steel structure. We also manufactured the individual pipeline components, including the segmented bends and fittings, and welded them together at our facility.
