Storage tank
Used across food, chemical, and various other industries, this device is designed for the safe and hygienic storage of liquids, melts, gases, plant and animal products, granules, and hazardous substances. Manufacturing these tanks requires specific expertise, certified by stringent international and national standards.
Pressure vessel
A robust tank capable of storing materials at significant pressure differences compared to the ambient environment, over the long term without damage.
Heating/cooling jacket
An additional layer-mounted on the outer wall of tanks, through which a temperature-controlled fluid is circulated by an external system to maintain the stored material at a specific temperature.
Nozzle
An opening located on the shell or end caps of tanks allows for the transfer, monitoring, or measurement (temperature, pressure) of the medium.
CIP system
Clean In Place system consists of a cleaning agent storage vessel, pump, and valves, designed to clean and disinfect tanks and piping systems with minimal disassembly required.
Fermentation tank
Used in the food industry, such as brewing beer or winemaking. It is designed to withstand pressure as fermentation naturally produces gas. Some tanks are also equipped to manage and utilize excess gas.
Pomace conveyor screw
Used in winemaking, this device facilitates the removal of pomace (the dry material left after pressing the grapes) from the tank, greatly easing the cleaning process.
Receiving/dissolving hopper
An accessory for tanks that accommodates and transfers large quantities of material. It can be integrated with a conveyor screw and crusher and is generally used for solid materials.
Industrial piping system
Involves the construction, maintenance, and repair of piping systems adhering to strict regulations (pressure, acid resistance, etc.) in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil and petrochemicals, steel manufacturing, green energy, environmental protection, food processing, and more.
