To meet the growing customer demands, we are continuously upgrading our manufacturing facility, that will expand with a completely new hall by March 2024. In this investment, we prioritize modern technology to create a hall specialized in stainless steel tank manufacturing.
The visualization of the new facility
Until now, we have manufactured our large tanks outdoors, but the new lightweight structure hall, set to open in early spring 2024, will allow uninterrupted production year-round. Thanks to the hall’s exceptional ceiling height and modern equipment, the manufacturing of large tanks can continue even in adverse weather conditions.
The soon-to-be-completed hall, measuring 2x20x20 meters with an area of approximately 820 square meters, boasts a ceiling height of 19 meters and houses four cranes. All these features enable even higher engineering precision. In the new hall:
- Two crane tracks are involved in the production, each with a load capacity of 40 tons.
- The wind-protected environment allows for greater precision in tank manufacturing, resulting in improved welding quality.
- The facility’s storage capacity will increase due to the larger warehousing area.
The facade layouts of the hall
The development extends not only to the manufacturing facility but also to improving the working conditions for its employees. Due to the continuous increase in staff, a larger kitchen and dining area have become necessary, providing our team with comfortable spaces to take their breaks.
